Connexo participated in PDA Korea 2024, hosted by the Parenteral Drug Association, to discuss quality management system implementation with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical professionals.
The presentation covered Connexo’s work with TrackWise and TrackWise Digital, including cloud-based QMS projects. It followed the stages of an implementation: reviewing business processes, designing the system, integrating applications, migrating data, completing validation, and supporting day-to-day operation.
Connexo also discussed computer system validation (CSV), quality system remediation, supplier quality, complaint management, and risk-based approaches to project delivery. AI and machine learning applications for intake, translation, and reporting were among the topics covered.
At the time of the event, Connexo reported more than 66 global deployments and over 15 years of specialist experience. That project background informed the discussion of how quality systems are introduced and maintained in regulated organizations.
